The application is a Printable PDF file and not fillable at this time. It will be fillable By August 1st, 2020.
Instructions -
Please print out and complete the entire job application packet which includes the Employment Application, IRS form W-4, DRS Form CT-W4, USCIS Form I-9, CT State Police form DPS-688C must be notarized.

If you are not applying for a security position then it is not necessary to complete form DPS-688C.

Once the application has been completed you can fax it to the USA Security office (860) 882-1973 or mail it back to USA Security at 844 Hebron Avenue, Glastonbury, CT 06033. The application can also be returned to the office in person and the DPR-688C form can be notarized there.

Applications can also be scanned into a computer and emailed back but this is not recommended for security reasons as emails can be breached. Within the Next Month, we will be adding Fillable pdf forms, which will utilize 256-bit encryption and secure email standards, to make applying easier. until then, please continue to download the form, and fill it out by hand.
